Hinged Trunk Architecture: Deep bottom storage chassis combined with reinforced flip-open lid, held together by heavy-duty mechanical spine that allows the trunk to stand up as well as lie flat on counter.

Miniature Toggle Latches: Miniature functional metal swing-locks or snap-clasps. These little metal swing-locks or snap-clasps are available in shiny Polished Gold, Rose Gold or Matte Silver and have a fine mechanical tactile click when they open.

Protective Hardware Metal Corners: These corner protectors are made from Vintage-inspired metal brackets or heavy-duty riveted paperboard wraps. They offer protection from getting crushed while making the luggage look more premium.

Ergonomic Top Handles: Tailored arch handles made from flexible stitched PU leather, matching molded resin, or premium silk ribbons anchored via hidden internal metal brackets to support vertical carrying without structural tearing.

Holographic & Multi-Tone Hot Foil Stamping – We can add some fantastic highlights to your print using Holographic & Multi-Tone Hot Foil Stamping. We use custom made brass foiling plates which are fused into the paper using heat and pressure. There are four standard foils to choose from, including Luxury Gold, Rose Gold, Soft Silver and Multi-Dimensional Laser Holographic. The Multi-Dimensional Laser Holographic foils display a rainbow of colors when viewed from different angles and perform perfectly under retail boutique lighting.

Precision CNC Embossing & Debossing: Stamps crests, monograms, faux-leather crosshatch patterns into thick boards creating deep 3D tactile relief that can create strong shadows around it.
