The Simplified Version with Hooks of our Color Boxes collection, offered as Hanging Paperboard Cartons, Hang Tab Boxes or Euro-Hole Retail Packs, is the ultimate combination of convenience, environmental responsibility and retailing effectiveness in a vertical format.

Our folding boxes include a integrated paperboard hang tab at the top of the box. This allows us to create a Folding Box solution without the additional cost of external plastic hang tabs. Our folding boxes are designed to fit your pegboards, wire grids and slatwall prong displays. As an ISO certified direct packaging manufacturer we create high quality, high definition printed hanging cartons. These materials reduce waste, are easy to use and are eye catching at the checkout.

Integrated Hanging Designs & Structural Optimization

Our simplified hanging color boxes are custom-calibrated so that the hook of the box will never tear or warp even suspended vertically in retail for long periods of time.

The hanging hook is die-cut out of the top extension panel of the organizer, with Built-In Euro Hole & Sombrero Cut-outs. The standard cut-out is for the international Euro-hole, or for a simple round punch-hole, just like the classic hanging hooks found in most supermarkets and pharmacy pegboard hooks around the world.

Reinforced Header Panels (Double-Wall Tops): Sometimes products are just too heavy for customers to handle. Our structural engineers design fold-over, multi-layer reinforced header cards for these heavier products. These double-wall tops essentially double the package’s puncture resistance and tensile strength at the hook point to prevent tearing.

Streamlined Straight/Reverse Tuck Closure: The body is designed with a very compact folding matrix allowing for easy manual filling or for being part of very efficient automated packaging lines.

Lightweight Yet Rigid Material Selection

Hanging boxes are very light in order to be stable on the display pins, while being completely geometrically rigid. Therefore, we work with very strict material parameters.

Premium SBS White Cardboard (C1S / C2S): 250-350gsm. The Premium SBS White Cardboard provides strong, crisp fold lines along the header crease and offers an ultra-white base for high color accuracy packaging for cosmetics and electronics.

Kraft Cardstock (Natural & Bleached): A popular choice for natural remedies, artisan cosmetics and organic product lines. It has supreme fiber interlocking strength for hang hook and gives an eco-friendly look.

High-Strength Duplex Board (Clay Coated Grey Back): Extremely cost-effective and very dense, ideal for high-volume production of mass-consumer products such as consumer electronics, charging cables, hardware products for retail.
