Proprietary Soft-Crease Engineering & Anti-Cracking Lines

The worst part of low-end clear folding boxes are their rigid lines that may crack, bleach or distort when folded. We remove this failing aspect with precision physics.

Advanced Soft-Crease Technology: Our Soft-Crease boxes are creased using advanced computer-controlled heated radio-frequency (RF) matrix blades. The blades score precise folding channels into the material of the box. The material’s molecular tension is relieved as a result of the small indentation into the material surface. The resulting box can be assembled, square-up instantly and folded with the crispest and sharpest 90 degree corners available.

Zero-Whitening Resilience: Our premium PET and PVC material formulations are scored to flex through multiple cycles of packaging on a factory line without developing hazy white stress marks or even micro-fractures, keeping the crystal clear transparency of the material visible from all angles.

Burr-Free Rounded Safety Edges. All outer perimeter profiles of the packaging go through our automated precision die-cutting beds. Therefore all edges, interlocking parts, and friction-fit lids are smooth and safe to handle by in-store retail staff and customers alike.

At RePlate, we control the purity index of the raw plastic sheets we receive to avoid the hazy, blue-tinted or wavy appearance of regular recycled packaging materials.

APET & RPET (Premium Eco-Friendly Polyethylene Terephthalate): High Quality Eco-Friendly Sheets made from Premium Eco-Friendly Polyethylene Terephthalate, Available in Thickness from 0.2mm to 0.55mm. Our Premium Quality Eco-Friendly Sheets are 100% Recyclable. They have High Impact Strength and are Non-Toxic and Odorless. These Sheets are compliant to EU REACH, US FDA and other Green Markets across Globe and are suitable for Direct Food, Cosmetic and Infant Products Packaging.

Rigid PVC (High-Tensile Polyvinyl Chloride): Excellent for heavy structural applications. Very cost-effective. Forms crisply. A very stiff and strong structural chassis which does not buckle or crush under vertical load.

Anti-Scratch & Anti-Static Surface Safeguards: Our transparent protective films can be co-extruded with chemical anti-static agents and advanced surface hard-coats to form an anti-static surface safeguard. This innovative feature prevents the clear panels from magnetically gathering airborne dust in warehouses. It also protects the panels from scuffs and hairline friction scratches as boxes are sliding against each other in transit.

High-Definition UV Graphic Printing & Luxury Embellishments

“Transparent” does not have to mean “no branding”. Our designs can be layered with fine art graphics and the highest quality textures directly onto the clear plastic surface to create a truly unique and eye-catching item.

High-Fidelity Multi-Color UV Offset Printing: State of the art German Heidelberg UV presses are used for printing Rich Graphics, Fine Vector Lines and High quality Photo Gradients on plastic with extreme printing resolution.

Opaque White-Ink Under-Printing: To achieve solid coloration of your brand logos and corporate text, printed on dark articles, which will be presented in a box, we apply an under-printing of high opacity solid white ink prior to the main color-matrix. This allows for accurate color reproduction, with a delta E of ≤ 1.5.

Add Wow with Stunning Translucent Tinting & Frosting: Selective application of matte frosted varnish or translucent tinted wood stains to individual box panels will create beautiful contrast to clear windows – giving stunning tactile consumer interaction.

Precision Hot Foil Stamping: Using low-temperature specialty metallic foils we stamp brilliant Gold, Silver, Rose Gold and multi-dimensional Laser Holographic branding onto your plastic substrate. The results are long lasting and draw attention in retail environments.
