Hidden Magnetic Snap Closures. Precision-aligned, high-grade industrial neodymium magnets are hidden within the layers of paper. These simple yet clever magnetic snap closures are opened and shut automatically with a beautiful high-end tactile ‘click’ to keep your lid securely shut.

180- Degree Flat Lay Opening. The flat lid will completely open to reveal the inner tray that has now transformed into a miniature stage to show off your products, ideal for retail counter testing and for those amazing unboxing videos that will get posted on social media.

Multi-Sensory Material Selection: The Perfect Matte Burgundy

A deep, premium burgundy color, without shiny flakiness, can be achieved by purchasing the right raw materials, and by using the correct coating process.

Burgundy Core-Dyed Specialty Papers: High-end art papers which are Core-Dyed through the entire pulp stage with fine organic fibers. As a result there is no danger of white split lines showing at the edges, corners and joints of the paper when folded at very tight 90 degree angles.

Velvet Soft-Touch Matte Lamination – a range of advanced polyurethane non-reflective film coatings which are applied to high-density boards to repel unwanted marks such as unsightly fingerprint smudges and oil marks, as well as minor scratches, while delivering an exquisite ultra-smooth velvet hand-feel.

Anti-Warp Rigid Foundation Board – The core chassis of the storage box is made of 1200gsm to 2000gsm heavy industrial greyboard to ensure the flat panels, sealed seams and correct geometric properties of the box over time.

A matte burgundy background offers a rich and dark base to your branding visuals. High-contrast industrial finishes are then added to give them real impact.

Hot Foil Stamping: Using premium metallic brass dies we precision hot foil stamp shimmering accents into the paper fibers. Deep Multi-Level Embossing & Debossing: With Deep Multi-Level Embossing & Debossing your customers will literally feel the depth of your brand. Embossed logos & crests from your brand are raised from the surface in sharp 3D relief creating a great shadow effect in the ambient light of a store.

Selective Spot Gloss UV Print: A tonal masterpiece. A selective area of high-gloss clear varnish applied over the matte burgundy surface, exposing intricate patterns of high-gloss damask or geometric designs. The varnish is applied to an exact spot and is mirror-smooth and of the highest gloss in comparison to the surrounding surface.
