Precision CNC Creasing & Anti-Splitting Blades: The long fibers in Specialty papers are very dense and prone to snapping when sharply folded. Our proprietary precision scoring using computerized and temperature-calibrated scoring matrices micro-stretches the long fibers along fold to produce the sharpest structural corner with Zero Edge Splitting.

Tension-Resistant Handle Anchor Systems: We use our automated eyelet punch to create clean eyelets for handles, which we then attach with heavy-duty, hidden T-ends, special knots, or even a completely hidden ribbon slot insertion glued into the inside top flap of the pocket.

specialty papers have very complex and non-porous surfaces, so we use specialized, ultraviolet inks in conjunction with micro-etched hot stamp stamping to layer out fine-art details on these papers.

Multi-Color UV Offset Printing & Closed-Loop Registration We utilize Heidelberg’s multi-color UV offset printing press equipped with advanced closed-loop registration to deliver exceptional reproductions of colors and fine details. We print with high-opacity ink formulations that cure instantly under the inline UV rays. This enables us to reproduce vector lines and typography very accurately without any bleeding into the underlying fibers of the very textured papers that we specialize in.

Micro-Embossed Deep Multi-Layer Hot Foil Stamping: Using custom-etched heated brass plates we melt high-purity metallic Gold, Soft Champagne, Rose Gold, Matte Charcoal or multi-dimensional Laser Holographic foils into the fibers of the paper. The resulting printed image has intricate texture and crisp micro-relief details.

3D Blind Debossing & High-Raise Sculpting: In this process we emboss outward from the paper or foam board or felt backing or fold out paper and create a 3D physical relief from your branding crest or logo using custom made male/female dies made of magnesium which are extremely durable and allow for the high relief required. People can feel the 3D relief instantly.
