Multi-Sensory Material Selection: True Black & Rigid Foundations

We use specialized raw materials for the ultimate light-absorbing black. No cheap full-bleed ink printing here, just true premium materials that hold up to being looked at from any angle with the same deep intensity.

Premium Core-Dyed Black Cardstock – We use Premium high-density paper fibers that have been dyed BLACK THROUGH THE PULP STAGE – This ensures that the creased edges, raw seams and 90 degree corners are NEVER EXPOSED TO WHITE PAPER EDGES. Ensuring the purest of structures.

Tactile Soft-Touch & Velvet Wraps: High-end premium papers, coated with a unique ultra-matte polyurethane layer, enabling the box to be printed and finished off with an exquisite, smudge-free velvet or fine leather hand-feel that will prompt even the most reluctant individual to reach out and touch it.

High-Rigidity Anti-Warp Greyboard: The structural core of this outer box is made of 1200gsm to 2000gsm industrial-grade recycled greyboard.

Haute Gold Foil Stamping & Surface Craftsmanship

The brilliant gold on a very dark, matte ground is a delicate thing that needs to be done with very precise heavy machinery to prevent it from flaking or bleeding, or becoming misaligned.

Multi-Dimensional Hot Gold Foil Stamping: We use metallic brass dies of the highest quality and the newest temperature-controlled stamping presses to embed deep Gold, Rose Gold, Champagne Gold or Matte Gold foils into your paper fibers.

CNC Steel-Die Embossing & Debossing: Add Depth with Raised Elements. Physical elements of your brand such as logos, crests, complex geometric filigree and typography are raised from the surface to create stunning 3D relief. All elements are highlighted beautifully by ambient boutique spotlights.

Drip-Off & Selective Gloss Black UV: A very subtle contrast effect. High-gloss clear spot UV is applied on top of a matte black background. This effect makes tonal values, such as shadows and also marble-veins, look amazing and it doesn’t add any colors to the design.
