Heavy-Duty Hanging Engineering & Anti-Tearing Structural Design

Hanging packages are constantly being pulled down by gravity and occasionally by consumers suddenly pulling on a package. We use our structural engineers to calculate the stress at specific points on the package to guarantee no shelf drops.

Reinforced Integrated Hanging Tabs. The hanging hook is precision die-cut from the premium plastic sheet matrix, as part of the superior quality hanging tab. The hanger tab features a double-thickness reinforced flap or an extended rear-panel spine, designed to evenly distribute weight down the vertical chassis of the storage file, never to snap or break off.

Retail Rod Solutions – Standardized Euro-Hole & J-Hook Apertures: Our die cut solution automatically cuts out standard Euro-Holes (Butterfly holes), round peg holes and open-front J-Hooks. All cutouts have smooth, rounded ends without micro-tear edges. Easy to slide packed items onto store rods.

These superb boxes have been scored with advanced heated radio-frequency (RF) matrices, to produce crisp 90 degree lines that will instantly snap into perfect square format, as the box instantly straightens to hang, leaning or twisting is a thing of the past.

Proprietary Soft-Crease Technology & Premium Materials

Stiff, low-grade plastic parts may become white, crack or become brittle at the hinge lines. We work around this limitation.

Advanced Soft-Crease Technology – Advanced Folding Line Technology – Advanced Resilience Technology: Our unique advanced scoring system creates the softest creases which are ideally suited for fast manual or automated filling lines for folding top and bottom lids. The creases guarantee Zero-Whitening Resilience, i.e. the folding lines are 100% transparent without any hazy white stress marks.

APET & RPET (Eco-Friendly Polyethylene Terephthalate): These sheets are available in thicknesses ranging from 0.25mm up to 0.50mm. 100% Recyclable, Odourless, High Impact Resistant Sheets – fully compliant with US FDA and EU REACH for use in health and beauty or direct food contact applications.

Rigid PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride): Rigid PVC is the best material for very heavy 3C electronics. The material provides a very strong and stiff outer casing, is cost efficient and keeps its perfect geometry for months.

Advanced Anti-Scratch Hard Coating: We can supply these sheets as co-extruded with an invisible anti-static, anti-scratch skin. This enables the large clear surfaces to be kept free of warehouse dust and to withstand scuffs caused by rubbing against carton contents.

High-Definition UV Printing & Opacity White Alignment

The boxes will function as self-standing marketing displays throughout the shop. The premium prints will grab attention from around the store.

High-Fidelity Multi-Color UV Offset Printing: Our fine-print, high-end multi-color UV printing is produced using the high-end equipment of Heidelberg’s latest multi-color UV-offset printing presses. We print out very fine printed text and photos as well as complex gradations on clear plastic directly.

High-Opacity White-Ink Base: We under-print a solid, dense white ink base layer under the primary colors to prevent dark products from showing through your brand name and/or barcode. This layer provides true, vivid color fidelity (ΔE ≤ 1.5) to match your precise Pantone numbers.

Luxury Tactile Varnishes & Low-Temp Foiling – Add selective matte frosted finish to clear windows or melt brilliant Gold, Silver or multi-dimensional Laser Holographic foil to form tab or front panels.
