Minimalist Flip-Top Design & Intelligent Magnetic Closures 

True minimalism is about flawless geometry and clever design. Our flip-top containers are designed to appear as one solid unit when closed.

One-Piece Flip-Top Architecture: Our design’s exterior lid is designed to seamlessly fold over the front of the Flip-Top to provide excellent protection to the contents within the case. The design utilizes clean line work that never gets in the way of opening and closing the Flip-Top and never has any unnecessary exterior flap bulk.

Concealed Neodymium Magnets: High-performance, low-profile industrial magnets are embedded in the paperboard during the automated assembly process. These magnets are very hard to see but they deliver a very high performance premium engineering click sound when they snap shut. The sound is low frequency and very premium sounding.

Flush-Fitting Seams: Our thick rigid board is machined using advanced v-grooving (V-slotting) industrial machinery, allowing the box panels to fold at sharp, absolute 90 degree angles producing perfectly flush seams without any bowing or warping.

Multi-Sensory Material Selection: The Palette of Warm Neutrals

The off-white finish is so neutral that any manufacturing defects are impossible to hide. We therefore engage in hyper-strict material auditing to verify that all finishes have a high quality, premium hand-feel with no marks or flecks.

FSC-Certified Off-White Specialty Papers: We carry a selection of premium milled art papers in the following colors: off-white Cream, Ivory, Alabaster and Oatmeal. These unbleached papers are either tinted or natural and have the fine texture of fiber such as linen or the rough cold-press texture of eggshell. The papers add a natural dimension to the box.

Anti-Fingerprint Soft-Touch Matte Films. This option applies an advanced polyurethane matte lamination to printed cardstocks to absorb stray light, resist oily fingerprint smudges and light scuff marks throughout the full life of the card and especially on the busy assembly line fulfillment team.

Anti-Warp Rigid Chassis Core – The chassis core of our cabinet is made from ultra-dense heavy industrial greyboard, with a weight of 1200gsm to 2000gsm. The flat surfaces remain flat and all hinges are made from ultra-durable materials to last for many years.

Understated Surface Embellishments & Craftsmanship 

To honor the minimalist design code instead of going with loud, multi-color ink printing we recommend high-contrast, monochromatic or even tactile structural finishes.

Deep Blind Embossing & Debossing: Using high-pressure CNC steel dies we press your brand logo into the thick paper fibers to create a sharp 3D relief. This type of relief only reveals the typography through natural shadows and by using room lighting, resulting in pure sophistication.

Tonal Matte Hot Foil Stamping: Instead of bright shiny gold foils we use Champagne Gold, Matte Silver, Clear Gloss and Pearl to create a very delicate and subtle look that has melted into the off white of the paper to give a very fine and elegant glint.

Zero-Defect Inline Automated Gluing: Our completely automated production lines for rigid boxes with automatic paper wrapping, distribute the adhesives with the highest of precision down to micrometer and therefore guarantee: no glue overflow, no peeling off from the edges and a very clean interior.
