Structural Ingenuity & Seamless Handle Integration

Our structural engineering team has precision-calculated the load distribution through the handle anchors, to ensure that the box will not tip, tear or warp when in use.

The Book-Style Flip-Top Frame is constructed as a continuous three-sided rigid outer shell that encloses a deep inner tray. This solid outer shell of the 3-sided frame protects any heavy items such as bottles, cosmetics or electronics within the inner tray as if they were a precious manuscript.

Hidden Magnetic Snap Closures – Dual or Quad High-Grade Neodymium Industrial Magnets. These are cleverly embedded in our lid closures behind the paper liner. With a beautiful high-end acoustic ‘click’ the lid is closed.

Premium Handle Variations

Grosgrain & Satin Ribbons. Elegant soft ribbons are slipped through secret slots within the interior of the Box and held securely in place by heavy metal T-bars or hidden adhesive plates. A simple, elegant, luxury design.

Genuine PU Leather Straps – Securely attached using brass or metallic rivets directly to the box spine. The straps resemble those found on high fashion luggage and are perfect for presenting premium wine, spirits and men’s grooming products in gift box form.

Die-Cut Integrated Handles: The ergonomic Die-Cut Integrated Handles are cut out of the extended, reinforced double-wall paperboard panels in a clean, structural 100% recyclable mono-material design.

Rugged Anti-Warp Rigid Core Board: Constructed with thick, heavy-duty industrial greyboard weighing between 1200gsm and 2400gsm. A superior material to support heaver-weighted glass jars or computer/electronic suites.

Premium Outer Wraps: Speciality Fine Art Papers, core-dyed black cardstocks, pearlescent papers, soft-touch non-reflective matte papers that resist finger print marks and oil marks.

Precision CNC Cushioning Inserts. Inside our precision cut inserts your products are packed away in custom CAD designed cavities made from high density EVA or EPE foams which have been laminated with fine velvet, smooth satin or printed rigid paperboards to ensure total anti drop protection.

High-End Surface Finishing & Printing Excellence

Utilizing our Heidelberg multi-color offset press we create a high-end tactile surface for the handheld panels.

Drip-Off / Reverse Matte Varnishing (逆向磨砂): We create a special dual coating to achieve a rough and sophisticated matte finish background while keeping the logos or flowers in sharp and clear high gloss finish.

Precision Hot Foil Stamping: Add deep, permanent metallic color to your brand graphics using a variety of foils such as Gold, Rose Gold, Champagne, Silver or our multi-dimensional Laser Holographic foils that will not flake, crack or rub off like other foil applications.

Deep 3D Embossing & Debossing: Our steel dies are created using high precision CNC engraving. These are then pressed down onto the paper board using extreme pressure, creating wonderful raised and sunken relief to your brand crests, text and borders. These will project well from your packaging in ambient retail lighting.
