High-Density Material Engineering & Sharp Creasing

Rigid Greyboard Skeletons: Our RGS’s are built with the structural 1200gsm, 1500gsm and 1800gsm thicknesses of high-density chipboard. This strong structure provides a shock absorbing impact barrier to protect your delicate glass bottles during their journey by sea as well as in warehouse stacking.

CNC Digital V-Grooving (90° Razor Angles): The internal panels of the cardboard are routed using state of the art CNC blades to create very sharp 90-degree angular channels. When the dark brown face paper is wrapped around the box the edges are sharp, seamless and 100% flush with zero edge buckling of the corners.

VOC-Free, Odorless Industrial Adhesives: The packaging of fine fragrances must be ensured to be VOC-Free and odorless. We are utilizing the specialized, non-toxic, food-grade hot melt starches and adhesives in forming the outer box of fragrances. The emitted smell from the outer box of fine fragrances will interfere with or alter the fine perfume notes within the fragrance packaging. This is why we only use VOC-Free adhesives.

Anti-Scratch Matte Film Barrier: Rich dark brown colors are extremely sensitive to fingerprint oils and scuffs. An advanced anti-scratch matte laminating film is applied over the face paper of this stock to create a very soft to the touch velvety surface that repels oil and maintains the matte finish.
