Many cosmetic containers are irregularly shaped (e.g. tapered tubes, glass droppers, mini palettes) and our team of Structural Engineers design around these products to stack them safely in upright positions in beautiful, aligned and useable configurations.

Perforated Tear-Away Transitions: Features of Perforated Tear-Away Transitions are that they have features of perforated tear lines or clean zip-strips. This means that retail staff can convert the logistics outer shipper into an elegant counter display case in under 5 seconds without having to use a utility knife, saving instore labor costs.

Laser-Channeled Multi-Slot Interlocking Trays – We custom-die cut internal stepped paperboard tiers or micro-flute divider grids. Every aperture is CAD-measured down to the millimeter to securely clutch cosmetic bottles or tubes to prevent them from shifting, clinking or sliding when being removed from the tray by the consumer.

High-Impact Promotional Header Boards – A large, rigid integrated header board on our premium fixture, which can be folded flat for transport and opened up vertically at store. Providing a broad surface area for campaign graphics, for matching color shades or marketing messages.

Our Premium Micro-Flute Frameworks come in very dense configurations of E-Flute, F-Flute or even double-wall N-Flute / FE-Flute. These frames are very thin and offer a lot of internal space for the product, do not have any raw “washboarding” of ripple waves on the exterior face and have the strongest crush resistance for very heavy glass foundation bottles.

FSC-Certified Coated Art Facings: Corrugated core fused to heavy-weight premium bleached white-top clay-coated test liners (CCNB) of 300gsm to 400gsm in weight. This forms a pristine surface, smooth as clay, to form the finest of art work whilst ensuring uniform ink absorption for accurate color reproductions.

High-Fidelity Color Replication & Cosmetic

High-Definition Heidelberg Offset Printing: We print your most elaborate marketing graphics using premium face cards with our multi-color Heidelberg presses. They are equipped with the latest automated closed-loop spectrophotometers. We guarantee an uncompromising color match of $\Delta E \le 1.5$. This means foundation skin tones, lipstick colors as well as the color of your logo printed in the signature Pantone color of your brand will look simply vivid.

Drip-Off / Multi-Texture Spot Coating: This technique creates striking physical contrast on display panels. In the background a sandy, non-reflective, tactile matte finish is applied, while product images, metallic brand logos, or other geometric details are highlighted in a mirror-like, high gloss finish.

Precision Metallic Hot Foil Stamping: Add metallic highlights such as foil to the header board and side walls of your retail display to capture the attention of the passing customer and accentuate surrounding boutique spot-lighting. We can use precision-cut metallic foils including Gold, Soft Silver, Champagne, Brushed Rose Gold or even multi-colored Laser Holographic foil. We insert these into the fibers of your display to create a stunning permanent highlight.

Anti-Scratch Matte Lamination Skin: A high-tensile wrap of protective film over the print, specifically designed to protect the rich black, pastel or vibrant purple colors from scratching, from transfer of finger prints and from friction marks whilst being transported long distance at sea.
