Premium Clay-Coated Newsback (CCNB) + Corrugated Fluting: Our top-of-the-line packaging for the ultimate in luxury presentation is made by laminating high-spec white paperboards onto Corrugated medium to create retail-quality photo printing.

Double walled outer and inner walls with fold-out front panels: Structural Flip-Top / Self-Lock Design. This is a well proven simple structure that locks up to form a secure outer case without the need for sticky tape or adhesives and is very suitable for use on a manual assembly line in a busy commercial kitchen.

Intelligent Heat & Moisture Control: Our precision die-cut ventilation slots allow for the release of steam whilst preserving the inner heat, stopping the crust becoming soggy.

Eco-Friendly Food-Grade Inks – We use exclusively eco-friendly soy-based and water-based food-grade inks. These inks meet even the highest standards of any eco-conscious retailer and do not have any chemical odors that could affect the aroma of any food.

Grease-Resistant & Functional Barrier Coatings: The interior or exterior can be coated with a water-based varnish or oil-resistant coating to prevent oil to leak and cause unsightly marks or in severe cases to harden. Oil can also stick to surfaces such as cheese, rendering them difficult to clean and sanitize.

Matte or Gloss Lamination (Exterior Only): This option adds a layer of protection against wet delivery due to rain whilst providing a high end finish to the exterior of your menu cover. The matte finish has a non glare effect and provides a subtlety to the cover which looks excellent against the background of a modern restaurant. The gloss finish is more dramatic and provides a premium look to the menu cover.
