Straight Tuck End (STE) and Reverse Tuck End (RTE) double-slot boxes are custom made to your product’s exact dimensions at our advanced printing facility using custom-printed color cardstock. Double-slot boxes are ideal for use on high-speed automated packaging lines as well as for manual packaging and the custom-printed color cardstock boxes are designed to provide the perfect shelf face as well as 100% product protection.

Structural Variants & Intelligent Engineering
Our double-slot folding cartons are designed to deliver excellent rigidity and a great tactile click closure. The two main configurations for these folding cartons to fit your production line are:
Straight Tuck End (STE) Boxes: In this design, both the top and bottom flaps tuck into the box from the exact same side (front-to-back or back-to-front). This creates a clean, uninterrupted silhouette on the front panel—highly preferred for premium cosmetics and high-end tech accessories.
Reverse Tuck End (RTE) Boxes – The top and bottom flaps tuck in from opposite directions. This end style enables best possible use of material in mass industrial die-cutting allowing for the least possible material waste. Consequently it leads to lowest possible per-unit wholesale cost.
Security Slit & Slit-Lock Features: All of our custom retail boxes are cut with special Security Slits in the box slot. These slits lock the tuck flap into place to keep the box from ever coming open unintentionally. This is especially nice for boxes traveling long distances as well as boxes being used in busy retail stores.

Drip-Off / Reverse Matte Varnishing : A sophisticated coating technique that applies a rough matte finish to the background of a print and simultaneously renders a specific logo or graphic in high gloss, like a mirror finish.
Spot UV & 3D Raised Coating. This coating draws the eye and fingers of the consumer to the logo or name of the product created as a raised smooth high gloss area against a matte film laminated background.
Precision Foil Stamping: All brilliant metal colors such as Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, and Matte Black as well as multi-dimensional Holographic foils. These papers take the foil perfectly & the foil adheres to the paper fibers and doesn’t flake off.
Embossing & Debossing: The deep and precise industrial die-pressing that lends brand crests and patterns extra depth and high end dimension in premium quality embossed and debossed metal signs.
