The Hardcover Book Framework is a heavy-duty 3-panel continuous rigid shell with an ultra-precise inner product tray. The cover panels extend out from the edges of the tray to form the “book flange” to protect your valuable items, like a precious manuscript, in this sturdy book like product.

Hidden Industrial Magnetic Closures: The dual or quad high-grade neodymium magnets are discreetly embedded in the paper liners of the hidden industrial magnetic closures and they close with a very distinct and pleasing low frequency acoustic ‘click’.

Premium Heavy-Duty Handle Variations:

Woven Grosgrain & Satin Ribbons: Woven ribbons of soft Grosgrain and satin are passed through discreet computer-routed slots in the baseboard, secured to sturdy metal T-bars or glued underground from within the cavity. A minimalist approach allows the ribbon to be the focus.

Ergonomic PU Leather Straps: Attach with heavy-duty metal rivets or brass buttons directly into the box spine, similar to high-end luggage. Suitable for premium wines and spirits as well as for corporate gifting.

Premium Outer Wrapping Layers: Premium grade outer wrapping layers such as FSC-certified specialty fine art papers, core-dyed black cardstocks, shimmering pearlized liners and soft-touch matte films that are natural fingerprint and oil repellents.

Precision CNC Anti-Shock Inserts: Products are held within custom cavities of high-density EVA foam, made from eco-friendly molded pulp or from rigid paperboard partitions covered in matching velvet or fine satin fabric that are CAD-calibrated to hold them precisely.

Haute Surface Craftsmanship & Embellishments

Using high-precision multi-color Heidelberg offset presses and advanced inline curing we are able to produce cosmetic-grade finishes to your packaging enabling the printed panels to become high-contrast billboards.

Drip-Off / Reverse Matte & Gloss Varnishing: A special dual coating is applied and the background of the print is given a grainy matte finish while logos, typography and paintings are sealed in a high gloss, mirror finish.

Hot Foil Stamping – High precision Hot Foil Stamping using custom made brass plates, embedded permanently into the paper fibers. Foils available in: Luxury Gold, Rose Gold, Champagne, Chrome Silver and a host of other stunning shades including multi-dimensional Laser Holographic foil which is guaranteed not to flake or crack.

Deep Multi-Level Embossing & Debossing: Using CNC-engraved steel dies, thick board is forcefully compressed under immense pneumatic pressure to create deep 3D relief for your brand crest, letter or geometric design. The tactile feature stands out beautifully in ambient boutique lighting.
