The Flat Adhesive Box, also known as a Pre-Glued Folding Carton or a Side-Glue Box, is our flagship product within the Flat Adhesive box grouping under the banner of our Color Boxes department.

These premium paperboard boxes are precision-printed, die-cut, and structurally pre-glued or equipped with high-performance self-adhesive peel-and-seal strips at our automated factory. They are shipped to your warehouse 100% flat to minimize freight costs, yet they pop open and lock into full 3D shape instantly with a single touch. Structural Ingenuity & Space-Saving Logistics

Our flat adhesive folding boxes are designed specifically to keep the logistic hassles of storing rigid set-up boxes away while keeping the luxury of your premium unboxing experience.

Pre-Glued Efficiency. Our high-speed, automated precision folder-gluers are used to create the critical structural joints (e.g. side seams or crash-lock bottoms) of the box before it is shipped. The box arrives at your filling line completely flat.

Peel-and-Seal Self-Adhesive Strips – These products are available fitted with premium quality double-sided adhesive tape that is protected by a very simple to remove backing line. Thus they can be rapidly and securely closed without the need for glue or worse even, external packing tape.

Instant POP-UP Assembly: The moving side panels of the EBO box are engineered with highly precise, computer-calibrated scoring lines. As light pressure is applied to the sides, the box instantly forms into a rigid box with 90 degree corners and smooth edges.

To prevent the flat-packed box losing its structural memory and opening up when left un packaged for a period, we use only the highest quality card, high density where appropriate.

Premium SBS White Cardboard (C1S / C2S): Standard weights from 300gsm up to 450gsm. An ultra-white smooth clay-coated board ideal for structural creasing, the board also ensures the highest print quality by penetrating the ink perfectly ensuring strong and crisp retail prints.

Heavy-Duty Kraft Paperboard (Natural & Bleached): Popular with the sustainable cosmetics, eco-friendly apparel and subscription box markets. This material offers exceptional burst resistance and a raw, organic or minimalist look to packaging.

These materials are often used for high-end cosmetics and tech gadgets. Their ability to reflect ambient light off of the pre-glued facets of the foil makes for an instant grabber on store shelves, despite their typical crowded environment.

 High-End Surface Craft & Printing Finishes

Our multi-color Heidelberg offset printing machinery, plus our advanced curing tunnels, means that a simple flat board can become a multi-sensory marketing medium.

Drip-Off / Reverse Matte Varnishing: A high-end coating technique that creates a highly sophisticated contrast between surface texture and shine. In Reverse Matte Varnishing a grainy textured matte surface is produced in the background with finely spot-varnished logos.

Add extra graphics to your brand with precision Hot Foil Stamping using Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, Matte Black or Holographic foils that are embedded within the paper fibers to guarantee a fabulous and long lasting finish.

Spot UV & Embossing/Debossing: Create raised and lowered elements and make your logo or design stand out from the rest with deep-pressed dimensional accents and high-gloss raised varnish. Make your consumer feel the raised elements of your logo text or geometric pattern.

Die-Cut Windows with Film Lamination: Flat panels are integrated with clear PVC/PET plastic films allowing customers to preview the color or contents of a product while maintaining strength.
